Terms of Service

1) Proprietary Information

1.1) The software, tools, and related services provided under this agreement (“Services”) are created and maintained by BJ Scripts.

1.2) These Services are independent and not affiliated with any third-party game publishers, developers, or platforms.

1.3) All third-party software or platforms referenced are the property of their respective owners.

2) Program Requirements

2.1) Certain Services require compatible third-party programs, platforms, or subscriptions in order to function.

2.2) It is your responsibility to ensure that any required third-party software is properly installed, licensed, and maintained.

2.3) Failure to obtain or maintain such software may prevent you from using the Services, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

3) Fair Use and Common Courtesy

3.1) Transactions and subscriptions must be conducted through approved payment providers. Disputes should first be addressed directly with us before initiating any formal claim with the payment provider.

3.2) You agree not to abuse the Services for personal monetary gain, disruption of other users, or any other misuse that could result in harm to others or the broader community. Examples include, but are not limited to: real money trading (RMT), excessive play sessions beyond normal use, zone or area disruption, and manipulation of in‑game economies.

3.3) Misuse of the Services, including failure to act in good faith or to maintain courtesy toward the developer and community, may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

4) Risks

4.1) Use of third-party tools or Services may violate the terms of service of certain game publishers or platform providers. If discovered, your accounts with those providers may be suspended or banned.

4.2) You assume all risk associated with the use of the Services. The developer is not responsible for any lost accounts, characters, progress, or time as a result of enforcement actions by third parties.

5) Availability and Access

5.1) While every effort is made to keep the Services operational, availability cannot be guaranteed.

5.2) Scheduled or unscheduled downtime, including downtime caused by third-party updates or patches, may occur without notice.

5.3) Limits may be placed on the number of devices, accounts, or network addresses allowed per subscription. Attempts to circumvent such limits may result in suspension or termination.

6) Support

6.1) Support inquiries will be addressed in the order received and as time permits. The Services are developed and maintained by a small team (or a single developer), and response times may vary.

6.2) Reasonable efforts will be made to provide assistance, but there is no guarantee of specific resolution times or outcomes.

6.3) Advanced or specialized support may be offered at the discretion of the developer, and may incur additional costs.

7) Privacy

7.1) We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7.2) Information collected may include, but is not limited to, account details, network identifiers, and device identifiers. Such information is collected only to authenticate users, prevent account sharing, enforce security measures, and improve the Services.

7.3) We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

8) Refunds

8.1) Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of the developer.

8.2) All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

8.3) Refunds will not be issued in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or suspension/banning due to abuse.

9) Termination

9.1) We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for actions deemed harmful to the integrity of the Services.

9.2) Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund of any remaining subscription time.

9.3) You may terminate your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for unused time unless explicitly granted by the developer.

10) Acceptance of Terms

10.1) By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

10.2) If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
