2) Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product was not delivered after purchase (e.g., download failure, account not provisioned).
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing).
  • The product is proven to be defective or unusable, and BJ Scripts is unable to provide a fix or alternative solution within a reasonable timeframe.

2.2 Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase.
  • Incompatibility with your system if minimum requirements were not met.
  • Failure to use or take advantage of the product after purchase.

3) Subscriptions and Cancellations

3.1 Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account settings.
3.2 Cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger refunds for unused time on the current billing cycle, unless otherwise required by law.
3.3 If a subscription renews by mistake and you did not intend to continue, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date.

  • Your name and email used for purchase
  • Order number and purchase date
  • Reason for requesting a refund

4.2 Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
